LTL freight.
Quoted per show.
Every booth ships LTL — Less Than Truckload — from our California or Pennsylvania warehouse. Freight is quoted individually per show, not charged as a flat fee at checkout.
What is LTL shipping?
Less Than Truckload means your freight shares space on a truck with other shippers. It's the standard method for trade show exhibit shipments — cost-effective and reliable for palletized freight.
Your booth shares a truck
LTL — Less Than Truckload — means your pallet ships alongside other freight. You only pay for the space your kit occupies, not the whole trailer.
Carrier rates vary by lane
Freight costs depend on origin, destination, distance, and carrier availability. A Las Vegas show costs differently than a Chicago show, even from the same warehouse.
Fuel surcharges fluctuate
Carriers apply fuel surcharges that change weekly. We quote using current rates at the time of your rental confirmation, not estimates from months prior.
Freight is quoted — not flat-rated
We do not charge a flat freight fee at checkout. Every shipment gets a real quote based on your actual show city, venue, and dates.
From warehouse to show floor
Every kit follows the same path — palletized at the hub, shipped LTL, delivered to the advance warehouse or show floor per your move-in window.
Why freight prices vary
LTL rates are dynamic. They are calculated at the time of booking based on a combination of factors — not a flat rate we can publish in advance.
This is why we quote freight after you submit your rental, not before. The quote reflects real carrier rates for your specific show, city, and dates.
What's included in your freight quote
The quote we send covers the full round trip — out to the show and back to our warehouse.
