LTL freight.
Quoted per show.

Every booth ships LTL — Less Than Truckload — from our California or Pennsylvania warehouse. Freight is quoted individually per show, not charged as a flat fee at checkout.

How freight is quoted

What is LTL shipping?

Less Than Truckload means your freight shares space on a truck with other shippers. It's the standard method for trade show exhibit shipments — cost-effective and reliable for palletized freight.

Your booth shares a truck

LTL — Less Than Truckload — means your pallet ships alongside other freight. You only pay for the space your kit occupies, not the whole trailer.

Carrier rates vary by lane

Freight costs depend on origin, destination, distance, and carrier availability. A Las Vegas show costs differently than a Chicago show, even from the same warehouse.

Fuel surcharges fluctuate

Carriers apply fuel surcharges that change weekly. We quote using current rates at the time of your rental confirmation, not estimates from months prior.

Freight is quoted — not flat-rated

We do not charge a flat freight fee at checkout. Every shipment gets a real quote based on your actual show city, venue, and dates.

From warehouse to show floor

Every kit follows the same path — palletized at the hub, shipped LTL, delivered to the advance warehouse or show floor per your move-in window.

01
Kit pulled from inventory
Your serialized booth kit is pulled, inspected, and palletized at the nearest warehouse — California or Pennsylvania.
02
Freight booked with carrier
We book LTL pickup with a vetted carrier using current lane rates. Tracking info is shared with you once the shipment is confirmed.
03
Shipment in transit
Your pallet moves via LTL to your show city. Transit time depends on distance — typically 1–4 business days from the hub.
04
Delivered to venue or advance warehouse
Most shows require delivery to an advance warehouse first. We coordinate timing with your move-in window and show requirements.
05
Return freight after move-out
After your show closes, the kit is repacked and returned to our warehouse via LTL. Return freight is included in your quote.

Why freight prices vary

LTL rates are dynamic. They are calculated at the time of booking based on a combination of factors — not a flat rate we can publish in advance.

This is why we quote freight after you submit your rental, not before. The quote reflects real carrier rates for your specific show, city, and dates.

Freight is always quoted before any charge is collected. You review and approve the full order — booth, graphics, and freight — before we confirm.
