Damage
& Care.
Every Modco kit is built to last — and shared across many shows each year. Keeping them in great shape benefits everyone. Below is a straightforward breakdown of what we expect, and what happens when things go wrong.
We put a lot of work into keeping our kits show-ready. All we ask is that you do the same — no painting, drilling, cutting, or permanently modifying the frames or hardware in any way. Keep surfaces clean and return everything the way it arrived.
Every returned kit goes through an inspection by our team. If anything needs attention, we'll document it and send an invoice within 14 days of receiving the goods back.
- Surface scuffs or finish marks
- Tape or adhesive residue
- Hook-and-loop tape worn out
- Small dents fixable without replacement
- Holes from screws, nails, or drills
- Cracked or broken frame corners
- Frames that have been cut or bent
- Hardware that can't be reused
